This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.vuorasports.com, owned and operated by SHASTRI OPHTHALMIC GLASS INDUSTRIES under the brand VUORA.


1. 7-Day Manufacturing Defect Return Policy

We stand 100% behind the quality of our products.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Cases:

  • Structural manufacturing defects
  • Material or workmanship issues present at the time of delivery
  • Defects confirmed upon inspection by the VUORA quality team


2. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return due to a manufacturing defect:

  • Email us at support@vuorasports.com
  • Mention your Order ID
  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Submit the request within 7 days of delivery

Our team will review the claim and guide you through the next steps.


3. Inspection & Resolution

  • All returned products are subject to quality inspection
  • If the defect is verified:
    • A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damage caused due to clashes, mishits, or impact during play
  • Breakage after usage, training, or matches
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper stringing, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused due to negligence or accidents

⚠️ If the racket is used, clashed, or broken during play, it is NOT covered under our return or refund policy.


5. Responsibility Disclaimer

VUORA is fully responsible for manufacturing quality only.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Player mishandling
  • On-court collisions
  • Improper storage or transportation after delivery


6. Final Decision

All decisions regarding returns, replacements, or refunds shall be final and binding and will be made by VUORA after inspection.
