Shipping policy

At Vuora Sports, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. 
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. 
  • During high order volumes, dispatch may take slightly longer. 


2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days across India 
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on prepaid orders. 
  • Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. 
  • Final charges will be shown at checkout. 


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To reduce fake and non-serious orders, Vuora follows a Partial COD system:

  • Only Partial COD is available on eligible orders. 
  • Customers must pay a small advance amount via UPI/prepaid to confirm the order. 
  • The remaining amount will be paid at the time of delivery. 

Important COD Terms:

  • The advance paid is strictly non-refundable. 
  • This policy is implemented to avoid fake or unaccepted COD orders. 
  • Refund of the advance amount will ONLY be processed if the mistake is from Vuora’s side, such as: 
    • Wrong product shipped 
    • Order not dispatched 
    • Product unavailable after payment 

No refund will be provided if:

  • The customer refuses to accept the order 
  • The delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability 
  • The order is canceled after dispatch 


5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email once shipped. 
  • Customers can track their orders in real time. 


6. Packaging

  • All products are securely packed to ensure safe delivery. 
  • Special care is taken for fragile sports equipment like rackets. 


7. Delivery Issues

  • Do not accept damaged or tampered packages. 
  • Report missing/damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. 


8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Ensure all shipping details are accurate. 
  • Re-shipping charges may apply in case of failed delivery attempts. 


9. International Shipping

  • Currently, international shipping is not available.
